My cat is right at 11 lbs so should I use the dose for 5.5 to 11 lbs. or the dose for 11 to 22 lbs? I'm switching from the regular Stonghold to plus as I need tick protection as well as my little Stinker loves the woods and the lake!

If your cat weighs 11 lbs, medium size should be good.
